e-Mobility Logistics Specialist

You will be responsible for providing support in logistics and warehouse activities within the e-Mobility Business Line.

Your tasks and duties
• Control of incoming orders and management of relations for deliveries directly with suppliers and subcontractors, through verification of withdrawal and delivery of goods;
• Manage of the assigned ”portals” and compliance of the information shared;
• Manage, collect and organize of the documentation related to basic inbound and outbound logistics for the group companies;
• Support in the after-sales activities and management of materials from customers and suppliers in cases of non-compliance;

You will be in charge of the Customer Care and Support activities regarding all the products and services portfolio offered by ENGIE Eps within its e-Mobility Product Line, such as the “green energy packages solution” to Electric vehicle (EV) Customers across Europe.

• Manage the Customer Care and Support processes for e-Mobility products and services ensuring Customer retention through the continuous focus on customer satisfaction;

You will be collaborating with Project and Product Managers, R&D and Quality departments as well as the logistic manager in order to provide and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the framework of the exponential growth of the e-Mobility Product Line.

Main tasks
• managing the Customer Service process for e-Mobility products ensuring Customer retention through the continuous focus on customer satisfaction;
• Providing the final Customer and the qualified installers with technical clarifications and instructions on how to manage ENGIE Eps Products and their installation;

eMobility Certification&Quality Specialist

Team: Certification&Quality

You will be leading the certification processes of ENGIE Eps eMobility products, including charging systems for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and charging stations: regulatory framework definition, identification of technical solutions, planning and implementation of tests for electromagnetic compatibility and electrical/functional safety required by the eMobility sector legislation both in the pre-compliance phase (with internal tests) and in compliance.

You will be managing interaction with certification bodies, test laboratories and other external companies for the development of test activities.

You will be also providing technical and regulatory support to the ENGIE Eps Engineering&Technology department.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering

• More than 5 years’ experience in IEC and UL regulations
• More than 5 years’ experience in eMobility certifications and tests for electric vehicle charging devices, preferably including Fast Charger and V2G

Electronic R&D specialist

Team: Electronic R&D

You will be in charge of designing and developing HW/FW electronics control systems (DSP and FPGA based control board, cyber physical devices based on IoT) and creating working prototypes for applications related to energy storage, renewables and electric vehicles.

You will be developing multi MW power electronic converters, special power stack, PCB design, FW development and debugging, Predictive Diagnostic algorithms, Battery Management Systems, EVSE.

Your main task will be designing and testing special electronic control boards, basic FW development for peripheral tests, supporting the development and certification of special converters in ENGIE EPS’ facilities and ENGIE test labs.

Your background
• MSc in Electronics Engineering. Other MSc, like Automation or Electrical Engineering, will be considered only if combined with an excellent educational path
• 3+ years’ proven experience in Field

Your skills
• Knowledge of ALTIUM and/or ORCAD to design electronic boards
• Experience in coding with programming languages C++ for microcontroller is required (Microchip and/or ARM)
• Should have worked with communication protocols CANbus and serial communications RS232/RS485
• Experience on use of lab test instrumentation
• Knowledge of Matlab for modeling and simulations
• Basic knowledge of power systems and power electronics principles and components is appreciated
• Availability to go on business trips both in Italy and abroad is a requirement
• Passion for energy and automation is a plus
• Good working knowledge of English
• Ambitious, self-motivated, enthusiastic, industrious, and hardworking

Your Journey

You will be initially part of the Staff to the Chief Executive Officer to contribute to different “Strategic Functions” under the coordination of the Chief of Staff, based in our HQ in Milan, Italy. Strategic Functions include Strategy and Market Intelligence, Marketing, Communication and Investor Relations.
After a training period ranging from 6 to 8 months, you will be entitled to choose a specialization and focus on the Strategic Function in which you excelled.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a smart group of young professionals working in AGILE methodology focused on stakeholders’ management and Strategic Functions directly under the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer.

You will:
• Map the competitive landscape, and strategies of competitors, providing regular updates on developments, and developing valuation and competitiveness models
• Analyse and monitor relevant industry trends and draws on investment and market knowledge to make informed recommendations and create appropriate dissemination materials and papers
• In preparation of business and strategic meetings, investor roadshows or tender processes, management of appropriate resources in the creation and production of communication and marketing output from initial idea through final product, as well as dissemination and measurement. Output includes but is not limited to: presentation decks and analyses, insights, sales and client collaterals, or other written papers
• Ensure Digital Web Media management, including update of the corporate website and social media on strategy and special projects, preparation and publication of documents, and development of key communication materials, such as videos and infographics, viewpoints, etc.
• Elaborate newsflow in line with the contents generated by the different Business, Operational and Technology divisions and the broader Marketing and Communication Plan.
• Build the understanding of the Company among key groups of stakeholders, maintaining the relationship with the ENGIE Business Units and the financial community including investors and analysts, through periodic and active visits, conference calls, etc.
• Organize and develop key communication materials in collaboration with senior management, in preparation of public presentations, roadshows, earnings releases and other announcements.
• Analyse financial and strategic performance, and prepare and update the financial analysts’ consensus.
• Draft financials and corporate press releases, investor call presentations, and keynote speeches
• Draft the Company description, business model and other selected sections of the Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report and Management Report.
• Update the Investor Relations section in the corporate website (publication of documents, updates on strategy and special projects, etc.).
