Chief Technology Officer
Daniel Rosati has been responsible of the most complex R&D and engineering projects concerning the development of power converters, digital controllers and integrated renewable energy systems. Responsible of the Milan-based team of engineers and researchers, Mr. Rosati has been in charge of the project management, resource planning, and certification of products. Mr. Rosati led and actively participated to the commissioning and site testing of the most complex battery energy storage systems ever developed in modern electrical grids (e.g. Terna). Mr. Rosati is co-author of several international publications in the field of Power Electronics and Renewable Energies and co-inventor of patents related to Distributed Power Generation and Renewable Energies. He is lecturer and visiting professor at the Power Generation Systems, Renewable Energies and Microgrids at the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano.
Mr. Rosati holds a PhD with merit in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2010), a Master’s Degree cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2007), and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2005), and a Master’s Degree cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2007).
Family and Free Time
Mr. Rosati is married to Francesca and enjoys his free time playing with his children Antonio e Rachele.
